Chicken Farm Baker's Project # 42: February Snack Box: Open it and fall in love (with ME), again: Strawberry cube cake

I think that even a man can be melted but something this sweet too ^^. Strawberry and pink color, hehe

The cake is a simple vanilla cup cake, but with a help of  strawberry extract, cream cheese frosting and white chocolate, it becomes something special and yes, very sweet to look at too.

This recipe is a part of Chicken Farm Baker's Project # 42: February Snack Box: Open it and fall in love (with ME), again.

Scoop the batter into the tins.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cake is spring when touch lightly.
Let the cake cool completely.

Make the cream cheese frosting by beating butter and cream cheese together until soft, sift the icing sugar into the bowl, beat until the frosting is light and fluffy.
Crumb the cupcake in a bowl.
Put the frosting in a bowl and mix until combine. Cover the strawberry with the cake and roll into a ball or put into a mold.
Take the cake out of the mold and cover with pink color white chocolate.
