Your daily bake: Simple cream biscuits

I know that you love to have this recipe ^^, and I think you will make it again and again.

Cream biscuit is very easy to make, you need less than 30 minutes from start to finish (include baking time ^^). The most important point is keep all the ingredients cool. Using cool butter, cool whipping cream and short mixing time, cut the butter into small pieces make mixing easier. While mixing, use your finger tips to blend the butter into the flour, until they become small pieces, if the butter starts to melt, you can chill them in the fridge for 5-10 minutes before mixing it again. And don't knead it, you just need to press and fold the dough until the top is smooth. Making higher biscuit is not hard you can follow the trick here
I don't have much to tell you about how to serve it, haha, because you can eat it every ways you want, with or without jam, cream etc. But the most important thing is it's very delicious while it's still warm .
